Flight Windows
Session 1 Arrivals:
June 11th, 12pm - 2:30pm

June 25th, 10am - 12:30pm
ALL athletes are required to submit a travel form, regardless of whether they are flying, driving, utilizing camp transportation, or personal transportation. If more than one camper is traveling together, with identical travel information, you can include those campers in the same form. This form is due May 10th.
If you are transporting your athlete to camp, we ask that they arrive at camp between 3-5pm on arrival day so that they don't miss check-in, dinner, and the camp meeting, which will include lots of important information for the week! If you are delayed please text the Camp Director, Sara, at 704-439-6249. Athletes should be picked up between 8-10am on departure day.

For those flying (Campers, CITs, and Volunteers) we offer transportation from and back to the Portland Airport as long as flights arrive and depart within the flight windows listed below. The recommended flights simplify the process for us, and gives athletes an opportunity to be on the same flights as their friends. These flights were chosen based on timing, availability for unaccompanied minors, and price. You are not required to book those specific flights but it does help us out! We typically send two adults for airport pickups so that one can go into baggage claim to meet the athletes and help with luggage. If you choose to utilize camp airport transportation, you will receive an email the week prior to arrival with further information and contact information for the pick-up driver.
Athletes flying as Unaccompanied Minors can be picked up and dropped off at their gate. Please contact the Camp Director, Sara (sarabeeken3@gmail.com) to request that service.
